I am a 20 year old male. I am 5'9" and 240 lbs. I have been experiencing near-constant headaches in the same location (back of my head and one specific point on my crown), dizziness, nausea, and fatigue for about 6 days now. My doctor told me that I am over-weight and my mom (whose father is a doctor) says that they are all symptoms of migraines which are common with high blood pressure which is common in overweight people. My problem is that I also have a small firm "thing" on the back of my neck, and I was wondering if this could contribute to my symptoms and if there was a possability of a larger problem. The "thing" is shaped like a slug and by that I mean that it is approximately 2 inches long, fattest in the middle, and gets narrower towards one end. The other end seems to get narrower, but I can't follow it into my head where it leads. I am really more of a hypocondriac than anything and probably just need a little moral support that supports my mother and just tells me im crazy :). On hte other hand please don't just humor me and tell me im crazy, because that doesn't help either. Thanks all.
