Ok, so I have some "irritated" or clogged hair follicles, so to say, on my upper arms and genital area. They have been this way since mid puberty, and i'm 15 now. How do I get rid of these? Would lotion or powder help? I really want these gone because I am readying myself for sex with my girlfriend and they arent the most pleasent things, especially down there. They look like pimples if you arent farmiliar with them, but dryer, not liquidy like most pimples.

They look like this but this isnt my picture

The link doesn't work, but it sounds like ingrown hairs. They can be caused by friction from clothes, shaving, or heredity, especially if you have curly or kinky hair. Lotion or powder will make it worse. When you shower, exfoliate the areas gently with a washcloth or loofah.

Oh, and fifteen is too young to be having sex. Do yourself and your gf a favor and wait. :-/

Hello, well I dont believe them to be ingrown, because the hairs come out of each "bump". Can I ask why you say 15 is too young for sex? I would use a condom. Also do you feel the same about oral sex? Anyways, I just want to be ready when the time comes, but right now with these bumps i'm too embarressed. I've tried using a loofah but didnt really see an improvement. Any other help?

I heard rosemary soaked in water and mixed with shampoo can unclog hair follicles, so i'll give that a try, along with drinking rosemary tea.
