Q: Confused About Pregnancy!

I have 4 year old twins, but I was told I was not ovulating so I was given chlomid to make me produce an egg. I only had to go through one cycle and I became pregnant. Over the last 4 years I have not been on any kind of birth control. I also have an older daughter where there is 12 years age difference from the twins. I am very confused on how I am now pregnant??? The only thing that has changed is over the past year I have lost some weight could that have been what triggered me getting pregnant??? How did this happen?????

It is possible that you have irregular ovulation.
Also your hormone levels will alter as you get older, and this could have triggered ovulation.

Have you been to discuss things with your doctor?

You know I told the doctor hoping for some kind of explanation but didn't get anything.

It may just be one of those miracles.

Women who fail to ovulate are not guaranteed to never ovulate.
