oh yes!! Being that I have 2 dogs that are basically my children, I thought it was gonna be overwhelming! When she sleeps I give all of my attention to them.

As far as the sleep goes, if I sleep when she sleeps, i'm good! They gave me percasets for the pain of my stitch and the cramping of my uterus, so at night, I get really sleepy. Thank .God she loves to sleep!! I feed her, burp her, and then she's out. But, she has her days and nights confused right now. When she was in my belly, it was the same thing. She would kinda move during the day, but at night, she was rockin and rollin!!!

I'm loving every second of it!!

Pretty much the same here lol, I guess thats how it is at first.. I feed him change him burp him and thats pretty much it the rest is spent sleeping... He never even really crys..The first time he cryed was after he got circumsized and the next time was the first time he pee'd other than that he doesnt fuss at all!! Hes so cute when hes sleeping! Im getting alot less sleep cuz I like to stay awake during the day but im fine, I take the occasional nap...I dont have any pain really unless im trying to get up from sittin with my legs crossed on the floor it hurts a bit.. But nothing more than my pelvic pressure during pregnancy.. I only had 1 tear.. They gave me sum tylenol extra strength to take home and I coulda took t3's in the hospital. But ive only took 2 of the extrastrength ones my moms amazed im walking around and sittin wit my legs crossed etc already lol

i only have a cat, shes about 6 months old..It seems like she feels left out! Lol.. She used to be our baby! She had all of our attention, we try to pay attention to her as much as possible but it almost seems like shes mad at us lol

you dont get that luxury with more than 1 if they get sick it is heart wrenching and can try your nerves especially when you havent had sleep in 24 hrs im not saying its going to be all the time but withing the first 2 yrs of life they will defiantly come down with something.

Now neeko as for animals, my cat got jealous for abit and would swat at the baby so I through her outside anytime she went near now she jumps in the crib to cuddle but I dont like playing with fate so becarful (a cat can be the equivalent of a jealous sibling!!

Lol...My .Fiance wants to stay up all day and night to watch her sleep!! He's afraid something is going to happen to her while she sleeps!

I only needed one stitch too. It's a pain though to clean. My bleeding has gotten progressively better. The pain meds they gave me are strong, so I only take half. In the hospital they gave me 2 .Vicodan every 4 to 6 hours. I asked them if I could take this while breastfeeding and they said there was no problem with it. Which took me by surprise, cuz I thought that every sort of drug was off limits. I think i'm only gonna breastfeed for 6 months, but we'll see, I might go longer. My .Fiance doesn't want me to breastfeed because he can't do anything! Lol...He's soo funny!

I know it!! Lol...I'm enjoying it while I can!!!! I'm not sure how long I want to wait before having another one. Me not having the epidural really makes me think long and hard about conceiving again!! I know how much it really and truely hurts to give birth!!

Its funny I got one sticth for both of them and they were both 7lbs something the only thing I hate after is incotinence im back at work I have been doing kegals and its just disgusting I hope its not going to be like this forever!!

What did they give you to clean your stitches??? You just need water and a squirt bottle usually does it if your in pain from stitch just take motrin (reduces swelling down there and helps with pain) plus you can take it while brestfeeding

Yea, that's all they gave me was a squirt bottle. They also gave me an anelgesic spray to help with the pain and to prevent infection. I'm constantly changing the pad cuz I hate em!! Lol..I never used pads because of knowing what i'm sitting it!! Hahaha...But i'm documenting everything with this pregnancy!!!

I dont feel lots of pain but I still use the bottle cuz im afraid to wipe!!!

Yeah the cat tryed swatting at the baby cuz he was crying..My bf smacked her and chased her with a squirt bottle with water then locked her outta the room.. Shes still curious about the baby but doesnt go near anymore, and even if shes just lookin at him the second my bf looks at her she runs away..We keep an eye on them tho and I am always waking up during the nite and checking on him lol

they told me to just pat dry with the toilet paper and when I shower to clean it gently and use the shower head (mine detaches) to rinse the soap. I'm so nervous that i'm gonna rip the stitch! Lol...I'm glad they dissolve, cuz havin these removed would be a sight! Lol

The dr said mine was really minor that I almost didnt even need a stitch... If they didnt disolve I dont know what id do lol cuz I mean when ur in pain and having a baby u dont even think about it.. Everyone just sees everything lol with ur legs in the air and all that lol..I wouldnt want sum1 poking around or looking around there otherwise!!!
Thats really good tho that u went naturally and only needed one! I could never do it!

i heard its not safe to let a cat near the baby alone b/c they can suffocate the baby.I didn't know how that could happen, but my mom said they like the tast of the milk on their lips and they will lick it off which causes the baby to not be able to get a breath

yeah I agree with the c section thing too...Though I did get attacked by some people for making a post about it. Your guys' vagina problems and incontinence does not sound fun! :(
also the cat thing, ive heard about it not being safe to leave a cat alone with a baby because they have been known to sit on the babys face and suffocate it..

that is 100% false - an old wives' tale.
