Low Glycemic Fruits

Such as apple and eaten with peanut butter, is this good?

No. The apple is okay, but at first you should only be eating about 1/16th of it. Peanut butter is pretty high in carbohydrates and most peanut butter has sugar in it. I bet yours does, be sure to read the label, you'll be surprised what they put it in.
