Alright, my whole family is on the begin of the year health kick with the atkins diet and all. Well I never ate veggies(at all) red meat or dark meat b4 I got prego I ate only bread and starch, and now I am a workout-aholic and im on the atkins, and I am doin good, but I lost 2 pounds. I am doing this for my health but is it harmful? The bellys still bulgin more every day, and I feel great, but people harp on me all the time.

Any advice?

I am still a teen so i have little information to advice on pregnant dieting. Well, what i can say is that, dont get pregnant if you are in you teen age because its dangerous and enjoy your years of being a teen please!! Some family planning hospitals can offer some help about your issue. Wish you best of lucky!
