Laying down I can probe and feel nothing same with sitting but standing up I feel this hard buldge the size of my open hand between sternum and belly button. Is this a muscle I am feeling as I have been exercising a lot for several months trying to get in shape. There is no pain I dont even know its there unless I feel for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
