Yes it's more likely you will get pregnant when your in your ovulation cycle because your eggs are ready to be fertilsed. If you want a baby go for it but if you dont then always where a condom or use back up protection. Good luck x

If you have intercourse during your fertile time most fertile, healthy couples will have a 20-25% chance of concieving each month. Hence why there are so many women ttc'ing for months before getting bfp!
