Hi im a male 19 yrs old..Ive been smoking since age of 14. I started with cigarettes and I quit thatr at the ag of 17 and staretd smoking non-nictonice products such as captain black cigars ...A few days ago the last cigar of the nite was follwed by very sidden onset of chest pain...Quite intense it would hurt to move specially twist my body. Than I didnt smoke the next day by the next nite pain was much lesss...And the nect day pain was almost unnoticeable but still there...So I decied to smoke some mor cigars ...And today, the pain got worse its just s wird pain rigt in the centere of my chest in betwwen my pectorials! So im not smoking anynmore till this clears! What do you guys think this is? I dont even ffel it when I take breaths(even deep ones)...But today it hurts significantly more that yesterday!
