I wanted to know how can you tell an yeast infection from having just normal female discharge? I am an 25 year old who not sexually active but everytime I get arouse I seem to end up with discharge? Can some please help me. Is that suppose to happen?

A yeast infection is an overgrowth of bad bacteria in your vagina.. It causes itching, burning, and a very distinct "fish" smell. If you don't have this, then you most likely don't have a yeast infection....And from what you described, its nothing out of the ordinary...Just your body self-lubricating and saying that you're sexually aroused and ready to get hot and heavy. A yeast infection causes .L.O.T.S of discharge 24/7 whether you're arounsed or not... So I would say no... You don't have an infection.

not quite right i'm afraid - yeast is yeast (fungus) not bacteria.
