Ok, I have noticed that my elbows seem more "pointed" than they used to and I am not the only one who notices. A couple of people close to me have actually commented on it, and who knows how many others wanted to but thought it just wasn't polite?

I am 54 but have noticed this in some people a lot younger than me, too. What causes this? It really is starting to look weird. It is embarrasing.
