Enlarged Ovary

Sorry girls, I didn't think I needed to post that I had a hyst as I was posting in the hyst forum.


I had a hyst feb 9 and have had vaginal cuff pain and pain in my right overy post-op. An ultrasound showed no fluid or cyst. The right ovary is double the size of the left and I have pain daily. I have no infection anywhere.


I was just wondering what causes an ovary to become enlarged, is it due to the surgery (had lvah, kept ovaries, removed cervix and uterus).


Any ideas or suggests are helpful. Dr has no idea and said to wait and see for another month.
