How Should It Look After Sking Graft

I had mohs surgery to remove a basil cell and a skin graft to my nose. Now six days later when I clean it with proxide there is blood present on the swab. I must keep it moist with poly until the stitches are removed in another 6 days. Is it normal to have a "slight" amount of blood at the graft site after this much time?
