Q: Medical Script - Emergency Room - Help Needed!

Hi

i am currently writing a script and would lie some help with medical terminology. An unconscious body is found outside a hospital reception with facial injuries. How would medics respond and what would they say?

Can anyone help?

Experienced User

1. Stabilize head in case of spinal/neck injuries
2. Get the person in a stretcher and check for breathing and pulse
3. In er, they'll hook him up to ecg monitor to monitor pulse, breathing and blood pressure.
4. X-ray to rule out spinal/neck injury
5. Scan for brain to look for traumas.
