I would love any advice on early peri-menopause. I suffer from hot sweats, and flashes,,,irritability I have and am on some natural herbal blends,,soy,,,black cohash etc,,,and they have seemed to subside somewhat. I don't want to go the estrogen route due to the cancer risks involved. Please let me know how I can further decrease my syptoms, I have trouble sleeping at night.

& I use just vitamins & minerals, but you should also try relaxation techniques including deep breathing, imagery these are particularly helpful when the symptoms occur when away from home (like shopping).
