Hi people,
iv'e experienced weird sinus pains most of my life now, and I thought it may be time I did something about it !
ok so I have 'pains' that centre in the sinus area and like circulate around the nose. I usually have these pains everyday, sometimes worse days than others. I have no idea of what this could be, not knowing anyone having trouble like this before. Knowing that it has never gone away i'm quiet scared because it puts me off driving and doing such tasks.
If anybody could help I would be highly grateful.
Thankyou.

P.S. I am new to this forum, therefore I hope this topic is in the correct area.

Re: Sinus Pain
Try any saline nasal spray and try to take a bath with salt, just use like kitchen salt, fill up your bath with hot/warm water and pour lots of salt. Relax in the bathtub for at least 1/2 to 1 hour.

I have some of the symptoms that you are talking about and only salt helps!. Have you ever gone to the ocean and feel any better? I always feel great when I go.

I also have problem with diary products, milk or ice cream are killers for me, I drink soy milk. Just try to drink more water more fruits and less junky food and less coffee and keep bathing with salt whenever you get a chance like 2 times a week and I hope that works for you.
