Sad nov. 4th I had microscopic laser surgery on my back, for a herinated disc,,i also found out that I had a joint problem with my right hip. I was told that I was born with the ball not fully formed. I have had an injection after my surgery, and the pain is still there on and off. I have had some physical therapy and have taken some anti-inflamatory drugs. I was told that some day I will have to have a hip replacement done, I am 42 years old, female, and in good health except for the hip. What course of treatment do you suggest??? To further my recovery in this area?

Extremely eHealthy
I too have this to look forward to but have been told that if I take caltrate (high dosage calcium) & 2 other totally natural supplements (sorry I just can not find the names, but if you pm me i'll remember to ask the dr next week what these are & i'll reply then, but I just know I won't remember to come back here in a weeks time to reply - sorry but i'm human!!) with which I can avoid this entirely (all things being equal & no accidents etc of course).

I just am so mad with myself the names are on the tip of my tongue, they just refuse to reach my mind & typing fingers!! Embarassed
