:p my daughter and I have allergies, my
daughter has them so bad she was on
allergy shots, double the adult dose of
zyrtec, and inlaler, and the doctor wanted
to put her on a second inhaler. This lady
at my moms church said taking vitamins and
herbs at certain times of the day would
help. So far she has been medicaiton free
for 5 days. Does this seem ludicrous to
anyone?

Hi, I am glad to hear that the natural way
is working for your daughter. :d I know
how it is to suffer w/ allergies and get
no relief from antihistimines. What are
the natural remedies?

My mom also suffers from severe allergies,
but cant take antihistimiens,they make her
feel worse. She drinks nettle tea in the
morning and before bed.She reports no more
allergies!!!
