I have a lot of medical issues from hemogromotosis to leiden factor 5 and fibromyalgia. I have been very ill for a couple of weeks now with streph.(thanks to my granddaughter). I had a cbc done and my white cell is 3 , which I know is low. I'm very concerned about this. I have a recheck tomorrow but I really have no clue what this is all about. What is this a signal for?

low white cell count
I have a low WBC. NO symptoms and I don't get sick. Could it be that I have a WBC that is low and no desease?
