I was diagnosed with toxoplasma igm and im six months pregnant. This virus can cause many complications to the baby. Doctors do not test for this in the early stages of the pregnancy. Now im nervous that my son might have vision problem when he gets older.
I recommend woman to ask your doctor to test for this.

Has anybody had this????

Please can anybody tell me anything about this???

The parasite that causes toxoplamosis that is found in cats. I was told about it when i became pregnant with my daughter. If you have a cat, you prolly shouldnt change the cat litter unless you wear gloves and a mask. thats what I had to do so I wouldnt be exposed to it. Toxoplamosis can infect ppl with a low immune system such as children, the elderly and pregnant women. If you would like more info on toxoplamosis you can go to babycenter.com. This site is really helpful for pregnant women.
