I have a personal theory about sleeping on my back. Whenever I sleep on my back I tend to have weird nightmares, sleep paralysis, or a strange sensation where I wake up shaking uncontrollably. Also, the sleep paralysis that I have while sleeping on my back (as opposed to sleeping on my side) tend to have a higher chance of being accompanied by a halucination. It scares the hell out of me but... I guess that if I was going to try to induce night terror that is what I would do. Also, if you don't mind me asking, what are you trying to increase night terror for anyway?

Wy would you wish on somthing you might never get back, there is an easy way you could get a night teror. Just before you go to bed think for your seldf if you could never fall asleap what would your life be and if you could catch yourself before you close your eyes and aske the same question to yoursef agine and agine and aine. I really have a fear of falling a sleep and I would do anything to get back to my normal life. Even if I had to cut off one of my lesgs I would there is nothing like a peace of mind. It might not work for you I think it worked for me because I was very busy at the time and I always worried if I would wake up on time for work. So here it is.
