Im 26 weeks pregnant and my doctor tol me
that I have toxoplasma igm. Can anybody
tell me about this. Has any body had
this. What does it do to the unborn
baby.

Isn't that the disease you can get from
cat feces etc??
I would definately look into it further.
Maybe a simple search on yahoo will tell
you.

if anybody had gone through this and what

Sorry lolly I don't know much about it.
I know that anyone who has already had a
cat for a while is 'safe' because they
already have it and have developed
immunity to it.
Pregnant women should avoid handing cat
litter (so of course my husband has to do
that which delgihts him no end! :p ).
Iv'e never heard of anyone actually
getting it during pregnancy though.
