Is it my throat getting tight or do I ahve asmtha. This started when I was at a bar one night I noticed that everytime I talked I seemed to be lacking breath I thought I was having a asmtha attack.Its been happening very here and there since then.
My rational side says its probably anxiety and make my throat tighter and maybe I dont realise I breat different when I tak who knows but it dosent see to go away .I dont cough,i dont wease either so I dont know what to think expet that it gets me anxious when it happens.
