Im on the pill, and have been for about 2 years now. I always have my period the same time every month when im on my 7 day break, but a couple of days ago I went to the toielt and there was blood im half way through my pack and never had unusual periods befor, but it wasent really a period, when I went to the toilet that time there was alot of blood but when I went again later there was no blood and hasent been since, just spots of blood.

But I have been having some pains in my stomache and this morning I passed out in the shower,my head went really light and I just felt really dizzy. My moods have been flying all other the place aswell, ill cry for no reason, or snap at the slightest thing, ive been with my boyfriend for 3 years now, if any one can help I am going to book an opp with the doctor but I wanted to see if any one could help me on here, ill be very grateful if any one could.

You may need to switch pills too. I was on one type for over 2 years when all of a sudden I would start spotting in the middle of my pack and get horrible cramps. I was really worried because they had always worked the same for me since I had gone on them. I went to the doctor and she stated that I needed to go on a different type as the one I was on was losing effectiveness in my body. Now im on the shot, and so far (besides the occasional spotting, which seems to be the norm with the shot) it seems to be working. I suggest going to the doctor and asking about getting a different type.

Ya, im getting quite annoyed with it. The first month or so everything was fine... I thought I was going to be one of the lucky ones that doesn't spot from it. However now im spotting about every other day. Although its not really spotting, I get a whole lot of blood that comes out at once, and thats it for a couple days. Ive resorted to wearing a pad 24/7 so I don't end up with any "suprises". Im not having sex now though, as my boyfriend is away for several months, so thats one thing I don't have to worry about right now.

Ok.I have headaches,no period(not a bad thing),makes my more hungry, tired, dizzy sometimes, makes me feel sick sometimes like I need to puke, sex drive went way down, cant get wet very easily,i know it doesn't ware off until after about a year of being off of it and it can cause you to have a miscarrage.Hold on and let me pull up the info. . . .I couldn't find my info sheet but I found some testimonies about it

#1) lack of menstrual cycle, my breasts changed in size from b to d and back to b without ryhme or reason, tenderness and soreness in breasts, weight gain (approximately 30 lbs), dizziness, irritable bowel syndrome, acne, decreased sex drive and lack of lubrication, towards the end of this treatment I began feeling really sick all of the time almost like morning sickness.Hot flashes, trouble sleeping, cramps, migrain headaches, back pain, depression and emotional problems

#2) do not!!!!!!I repeat.....Do not take depo_provera. Depo is the worst form of birth control they could have ever came up with. This caca is poison for real!! I have never felt so horrible in my life. Depo is a synthetic hormone. Wwhich means it is man made. What does that equal. Fuc*%#!! Up side effects!! Your body completely stops ovulating. The mucous on the cervex thickens preventing sperm from entering. And it also thins the linning of your uterus. Wooww!! I wonder why i'm having trouble getting pregnant now. It does all that crap to your body unnaturally. I don't mean to get all religous but god intened for women to have a period every month to cleanse our system. Our menstral is waste just like urin and feces!!! It needs to come out of the body. I cannot believe that the fda even approved this drug. That's a crock of caca. And to all those women on this site whose so called love the dpo shot. I'm sorry tobreak it to you honey but you will regret it. You may not have any side eff.( I rated 5 to be on top)just continuing on. You may not have any side effects right now but just wait till you do go off it. You'll have the worst headaches of your lifetime. Not too mention the bleeding for months on end. No one should have to go through this just to not get pregnant.

Oh it's not,i only have half the symptoms, but the thing that got me the most was that the nurses nor the obg never told me all this and I asked what the side affects were. They only said "well you might bleed for the first month but then you probably wont get your period at all". She was right about that but I don't want to have a miscarrage b/c of that crap,so i'm not going back,i'm not even going to try to get on any other b/c I don't care if I get preg,i aint taking that risk!
