I have been having problems with my right foot swelling recently. I am on meds for high bp. I normally elevate it and take it easy and it will go back down. Yesterday it started again. Last night I had this strange but painful cramp in my toes. It was like they were trying to cross over each other. It lasted for about 20 seconds and it was over. Does anyone know what this sounds like? I am a 47 yr old female. Thanks
