My doctor recently told me during a pap
exam that my uterus is backwards/tipped.
I often experience pain inside me during
sex, and read that its caused by my
backwards uterus. Sex is often
uncomfortable rather than plesureful for
me. I no that there is a surgery that you
can get done to fix it, but is there any
excersises that I could do to fix it?
Does anyone else have this? What problems
have you found?

I'm curious because sex is more
uncomfortable for me too. How obvious is
a titled uterus, is it easy to spot in a
routine pap smear. Was this your first
time examined?

Yes it was my first exam and my doctor
realized right away because she had
troubles locating my cervix. I heard
there are excersises to help straighten it
up. But dont no what they are.
