I had a dream that I was having terrible sharp pain in my right arm and it radiated to my chest. In my dream I was having a heart attack. I awoke to that same pain, it was realy bad and couldn't go back to sleep. This happened at 2:30 in the morning, I was awake until 5. When I went back to bed I was freezing, I shivered until morning. The thermastat was at 78 degrees.


Was I having a minor heart attack?
