Q: Nosebleeds Due to Lack of Sleep?

Hi. I have found that sometimes if I have been up all night, or have only been able to get an hour or two of sleep, the next day finds me with a high likelihood of developing a nose bleed. Any ideas?

Probably Not
I don't think that is the cause. I get nose bleeds at least once a day usually and I can fall asleep when ever I want, and I get a lot of sleep in the night time
