Sexual Health - Men Forum - Light Pigmentation On the Skin of Penis

About six months ago I noticed a white pigmentation spot on the skin on my penis. It looks/feels like normal skin - no irritation/pain etc. The pigmentation has now gotten bigger to about 1/2 centimetre and has also appeared on another part of my penis. As it is growing I am getting concerned.

The best way to describe it is that it is identicle to the surrounding skin except a lot lighter!

Any ideas?
