Q: Baby Announcement!

We haven't had a baby announcement in a little while now, so I thought i'd just let everyone know that my neighbour (she used to babysit me when I was little) gave birth to fraternal twins on wednesday. Their names are andrew josheph and michaela ann. She brought them over yesterday morning, and they're adorable. :)
a little unconnected to all of us, but I miss baby announcements, so whatever. :)

Lol! Not yet, haha. I'm worried enough about high school, I don't need to worry about supporting a baby. :)
how are you doing, mel?

Terra, we got our parts in december, and i’m an orphan (my name’s kate) and a broadway star (my name’s gabriella). I’m in virtually every song (grr, so much practicing!), and I have a couple of solos. It’s fun, but it’s a lot of work. :)

The drama geeks (no offense) had rehearsal everyday for like 3 hours and even on the weekends!

None taken. Nope, we don't practice on weekends, but we have one after shcool rehersal every week. Our play's on may 15-16. I have a lot to do though - i'm in every song, I have to make sure I know my solos really well, I have a handful of lines, i'm the stage manager, costume crew captain, dance captain, and vocal coach. So i'm pretty busy. :)

can't you just study the songs you sing by yourself a lot and the others that you sing with people just study them a little and wing it?No one will hear you anyway. . .

:-o you can't do that! It may be hard work but you gotta do it properly

can see where you're coming from though mel - people do notice though... There's a "look" which people have when they don't know their lines and even in a group the audience can pick up on it. ;-)

I love acting, but not theatre so much. I’m doing drama because I don’t have the option to do film acting at the moment. I’m getting new headshots next week though (they’ll cost me 300 dollars, lol!) and then I have to set up my performer portfolio. Then i'll be off in my element! :)

Well its just something I would do so I could focus more on my solo parts. . . Of course that would probably be the reason I wouldn't get picked for any of those parts, lol

I dont know how .A.N.Y.O.N.E can get up infront of crowds lol whenever I have to present something I start shaking and get nervous, im a really shy unsocial person in real life usually. Unless im with a certain friend, then im open and I dont care what people think of me, im a freak.
