Good morning, I need some advice. I have
a lot of issues in my head. Mainly trust
issues. I’ve been with my boyfriend 3
years. I’ve always been insecure and
don’t have much confidence. I have a
lot of anxiety issues. It pushes and eats
and me so much that im ruining my
relationship. If he looks at a girl in a
magazine I think he’s leaving me. If
another guy asks for his opinion on
another girl I think he;s going to leave
me and I can no longer go through live
with this and my anxiety makes it worse.
He can say one sentence to me and i’ll
analyze it for 4 hours and make myself
sick over it. Does this mean he’s
leaving me? Is he cheating? And the
thing is he wouldn’t do that but I
continue to feel everyones going to leave
me. I feel everyones out to get me all
the time. He has asked me to change many
times and I never do. But he still stays
with me. I need to know, if I take
medication for my anxiety will this help
me? Does anyone else have any problems
like this? Im so worried im having
problems breathing I hate this. I
shouldn’t have to worry everyday about
things that may not even happen! What
should I do? Will anxiety pills help me
at all?

Honestly, I don't think that pills will
help the fact that you have severe
abandonment issues! I think that you
need a therapist to help you find out why
you feel everyone is going to leave you or
is out to get you. Your anxiety stems
from you fear that he will leave you.
So, if you can fix that problem, which
trust me comes from the past, then I don't
think you will have anxiety issues
anymore. Your problems have nothing to
do with your boyfriend, trust me. Pills
will not take away the fact that you are
afraid he will leave you. I think you
should really seek therapy. Be willing
to look at yourself and your past and fix
it. I don't believe in living in the
past, but I do believe if it is affecting
you, that you should confront it with a
therapist so that it doesn't affect the
rest of your life and relationships.

fault. I am going to be speaking with a
therapist im gonna call my insurance
company today. I appriciate you taking
the time to explain this to me. Thank you
