Ive been on the diet since january 2nd so its been quiet a while.
I have been eating the following, breakfast - brown rice puffs 100% organic nothing added, with a sliced pear or peach, and milk.
Snacks iv'e been eating nuts such as almonds and cashews, other snacks have been rice crackers with a tiny bit of peanut butter. Celery carrot and cheese or hommus as well. Another is lite strawberry youghurt wich has a the lowest sugar level I could find out of youghurts.
Lunch I usually have just a salad or sandwich, or sometimes gluten free pasta with some chicken.
Dinner I usally eat heaps of vegetables, beans broccoli, peas, with either pan fried fish or steak. Soemtimes spaghetti bolagnise
late night snack I might eat some more nuts or hommus.
I still sometimes have symptoms like minor shakes and chest palipations, but I havnt had any of the major ones like I used to get all the time such as dizziness, blurred speach, and feeling very faint.
The only time I get some of those old symtpoms back is when I have a long day at work and sometimes miss some snacks and meals, but thats only once a week. When I have my regular snacks and meals I feel pretty good.
I just got back from a 5 day camping trip and to my suprise it went perfect, no symtpoms the whole trip, execpt a headache on the last day.
I find as long as im eating every 2-3hrs im fine, even sometimes if one of those snacks has a bit of sugar in it, like a muesli bar or some fruit. I think my body is finally starting to handle a tiny bit of sugar here and there.
