Can late ovulation produce good or poor egg for fertilisation with the sperm??? Is there a chance for pregnancy??? Any insights, thanks in advance!

As far as I know, eggs from late ovulation should be fine. My last cycle, I didn't ovulate until day 35 of my cycle.
