I lost around thirty pounds over the past year and I need some help tightening up. (belly and chest) thanks.

Hi,
loosing 30 pounds is great!!! Abs are all diet, which you are doing the other thing you could do if you are not already is crunches or by using some ab machines at a local gym. If you like at home tapes a pilates tape is a great way to loose a belly. It works all the inner core muscles. The chest is just working out with weights or some sort of machine at a gym or at home if you have access to them. Weight training along with diet with help you tighten up and loose more fat as well as adding cardio work that will be the extra edge. Good luck!
