Back Pain Answer A964
If a herniated disk created pressure on the spinal nerves for too long a duration, it may have caused some irreversible nerve damage (permanent leg and foot numbness). In the case of excessive pressure on the nerves, the consequences of nerve damage may still persist even if the herniated disk in question was removed.
