I know you can get pg without having periods as you can still ov but you carnt get pg without having ov as thats when the egg is released to get fertilised

i think you need to ov before preg.
Maybe try to see the doc for advise.
I remembered that your previous months were alright, so, you may not ov every month and I think it is perfectly normal.
