About a week ago, when wiping, I have a very sharp pain on my anus. It doesn't much hurt when i'm doing my business, but, once I apply pressure or hit it with some toilet paper friction, I nearly yelp from the pain. Today, there was actually a little blood on the tp.

Is this a hemerroid? Anyone have any insights?
