My Condom Fell Off During Intercourse

Tonight me(18) my girlfriend(15) had sex
with a condom as the only form of
prevention. After we finished I put my
clothes on. We were in pitch black the
entire time mind you. I go to the
bathroom and there is no condom. I freak
out and go in my room and its on the bed
and she already had left. Now when we
started we were on my bed and I know I had
it on. Then we went to the floor where I
also know I had it on. Then we went back
to the bed and I was on top for a bit.
Then I stopped for a min and began
fingering her then we started again. I
got really tired so she went back on top
and we finished where I ejaculated when I
was inside of her under the impression the
condom was on. I did not feel any
difference in sexual experience other than
my first time being on top I thought it
felt better. But im scared now because I
have no idea when the condom came off and
I fully ejaculated inside of her. I
checked the condom and I saw no signs of
sperm. She had her last period around
march 29 or 30. I have been reading on
ovulation calenders and hers would peak
between a couple days ago to now. I didnt
know what to do the only stores open was
food lion so she bought 2 douches and used
them I have no idea if that would even
help I heard somewhere it can. We are
both smokers I heard that can reduce my
count and her fertility. I heard large
amounts of caffeine can also reduce the
chance, and she is a caffeine junkie. I
cannot get the morning after pill to her
as she is going out of town tomorrow for
four days. I have heard it only works up
to 72 hours afterwards. But ive also
heard 7-8 days afterwards. I think its
only possible by getting it through a
doctor too. I live in the state of
virginia. I dont know how many days her
cycles are she doesnt know either. Any
advice would be well appreciated.

and 18, is that legal in virginia? Hmmm
dunno.. Lets hope she isn't pregnant,
and that hopefully you two learned from
this scare if she isn't
pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is still a
child!! That would be and aweful lot for
a 15 yr old to handle.

First of all, douches won't prevent
pregnancy. Being smokers and drinking
lots of caffeine won't prevent two young
people from getting pregnant, either. You
mentioned you couldn't get the
morning-after pill to her because she's
going out of town. Is there any way she
can get it? If there's a planned
parenthood center where she will be, they
can write a prescription for it. Next
time, please be certain the condom has a
snug fit and you leave some space at the
tip of it for when you ejaculate. Also,
when you take the condom off, hold it very
carefully so that no sperm spills out. I
really wish you good luck, because at
least you're actively trying to get advice
on the issue - not too many guys would!
However, be careful. You're 18, she's 15,
and i'm quite sure having sex with her
qualifies as statutory rape in your state.
If she were to get pregnant, her parents
might try to bring you to court.

Yeah I know. She doesnt want a baby. But
I mean her parents finding out she would
be pregnant would be bad too. I have a
well paying job I could raise the kid but
she doesnt want her life to be ruined by
having a kid at such a young age. I
consider myself mentally ready for a child
I am just freaked out because I know no
one else around me is mentally ready for
me to have a kid. And of course we're not
married. And no it isnt legal in va but
neither is oral sex, you think everyone
abides by that too?

Well I doubt she could get it. She is
going to harrisonburg, va to her grandma's
house, she doesn't drive. I don't think
it is possible. I have to work this week
I might have to take a day off and drive 3
hours to get her the pill or something. I
just don't know. And yeah her parents
bringing me to court, I don't know about
that. I mean her parents really like me,
a lot. I'm a generally responsible and
respectable guy. But I mean something
like this, people can go crazy over and
change on you in an instant. I'm not
worried about jail, i'm more worried about
losing their trust i've worked so hard to
build up with them.

No, I dont. But a 15 yr old can't get
pregnant by oral sex.. It just worries me
because you seem like a cool kid, and if
she were to get pregnant, and told her
parents, you would be thrown in jail, not
just go to court. So then you could say
goodbye to your "well paying job" and your
readiness to be a father.. See what i'm
saying? It would be so much different if
you were just a year younger, it would not
be considered illegal, and things would be
much easier on you.

Well she does turn 16 on july 7. And if
you're 16 those laws dont apply. How late
can you get an abortion in your pregnancy?
What if we waited to tell them until then
if she was pregnant. Could they still
press charges because we had sex when she
was 15?

Oh man, I dunno.. It just sucks for you..
Because 3 yrs differance in a
relationship is nothing! Ya know? But
under those circumstances it is everything
:( I think they would look at it as her
being 15, because that is when she got
pregnant, and by july, if she is pregnant,
she will be 3 months and only have 6 more
months to go. And people would probably
be suspicious of that. That is something
you might want to look into though. I
really do wish the best for you two though
and I will keep hoping for the best for
you! I'm not going to touch the abortion
issue.. Lol.. Sorry.

the earliest I can get on to her is friday
morning. Roughly 100 hours from now.

The morning-after pill needs to be taken
within 72 hours after unprotected sex.
Although lots of people talk about ‘the
morning-after pill’ this term is
actually very misleading.
Why? Because in fact, you don’t have to
take this pill on ‘the morning after’
having sex. In reality, it is fairly
effective for up to 72 hours (three days).

If there wasn't any sperm in the condom,
it most likely went inside your
girlfriend. And seriously, she would have
known when she went to the bathroom
afterwards, because (not to be gross) it's
pretty slimy and whatnot. Way way more
than normal vaginal lubrication. You
should probably ask her about that.

rubber? That sounds fishy to me - but
since that is the way you said it
happened...
You can take the morning after pill within
72 hours from the time of the 'accident'.
Not 120 hours. You only have 3 days.
Sounds like you better get this.

i was about to say something abot that
cause my guy friends say it feels better
without the condom and if the condom snaps
they can feel it.
Also dude what was the point of telling us
all the different places yo u did it at an
what positions
it just seems like your getting a jollies
from this
anyways u cant make your girlfriend get a
abortion if she doesnt want one and also
if your to get in trouble they will look
at what age she was the time she got
pregnant which was 15 so you could get in
trouble for that
if your that sensable to be thinking of
all this consequences right after it
happened why did you not think of them
beforehand
if I was you I would stop having sex if
the condom slips or breaks and also I
would not have sex with minors if you
want to really be on the safe side

I think, considering the situation, you
should probably call in sick to work asap
and go help her get the pill. Or find a
close friend who can do it. Or tell her
to take a bus to planned parenthood.
