Hey there! It sounds like gastroesophageal reflux to me. Talk to your doctor and he or she will order tests to diagnose you. If you have it, you will be put on acid reducing medication such as nexium or prevacid. I take prevacid. It is really helping. You are going to be fine!

Can it last 2 days,here I am I owke up this morning and funny I was having a dream in was summer and hot and I woke up realy hot and worried my stomach would still uhrt but it dint.So I had some yogourt and some fruit.

But then for lunch I had some bread and vegtable soup and about a hour after ( I guess iwas waiting for it ) its happening again every 10 minutes I get a burning pain under my right ribds close to my stomach and some in my throat,i notice if I press on my stomach it happens as well...Could this realy be heart burn,heart burn was always in the middle for me.Not realy n the right side imthiking its something terrible of course because the last few days fo some reason ive been reading posts from the cancer forum yea people who post here probably shoulnt be looking up those things but anyways.

This heart burn could be due to blockages .I had the same symptoms 3 years ago .I thought it could be due to acidity .So I took antacid but no use .After 1 month I had to get my heart checked by angiogram and there were blockages. This heart burn dont neglect .If you are middle aged and diabetic then more risk.Pl get yourself checked by a cardiologist.You may have difficulty in walking ?

It felt like a heart attack but it ended up being reflux. The doctor gave me zantac. It felt like a rock in my stomach and it only went away while I was eating. It was brought about by stress at work.
