A few nights ago I had sex with my
girlfriend without a condom. We have done
it before without a condom a few times we
did it on the wednesday and it was all
good then on the friday early in the
morning then on saturday I noticed this
red rash around the head of my penis and
on the inside of my foreskin and there is
a build up of this white flaky stuff
it is irritation and a bit itchy
sometimes
also I was reading somewhere that the
muscle used to hold an orgasm back is the
same used to stop the flow of urine.
If I was to start and stop when I pee will
that make the muscle stronger and easier
to hold back and orgasm and or pre cum.

As for your first question, I don't know
but the second one, I think the answer is
yes, but don't over do it. You don't have
to be peeing to exercise that muscle and
i've heard that it will help to hold it in
later. But just like any muscle, if you
over do it, you can tear the muscle
tissue. So, don't do it to the point of
pain. Exercise is regularly but not for
excessive amounts of time. Girls have a
similar muscle and they exercise this in
order to strengthen the muscle for after
giving birth. Otherwise, wetting their
pants is common because during birth they
completed tore apart the muscle that holds
in urine. Maybe that was too much info.
