Please if you do reply to this I am talking all foot concerns pluse reflexolgy foot masage bunions everything to do with the feet.

I have spasms in my feet... Better described as a charlie horse in the feet. I have also gotten what I think it gout twice in the ball of my left foot....And an ingrown toenail removed from my left foot. Its cursed
