Everytime I don't eat, when i'm hungry I feel all shakey, and weak. Is that a syptom?

Diabetes is a disease which your pancreas stops working fully or only works partially. Shaking and feeling weak is a symptom you have low blood sugar. If you had diabetes, your sugar would be high, not low. Sounds like to me you have a naturally low blood sugar (i know several people who do)
