Dreams can be representations of the subconscious mind, often bringing our "intuition" to awareness as we sleep. If you feel that your physical health needs checking and/or improvement, you could benefit from following your intution. Being overweight is one of the risk factors for heart attacks, and your current weight exceeds the ideal weight range for your age, hieght, and gender. You can begin to bring attention to your heart health by working with a physician, nutritionist, or other health professional to begin a program of diet and exercise.
