Oh god, my mom would kill me if she knew I
called her "grandma." lol. She has to
think of something else for her grandkids
to call her becuase she thinks grandma
makes her sound old. Lol. She's weird.
Anyway, my mom got me a whole bunch of
baby clothes, and they are soooo cute.
Omigosh, I want him here now so I can
dress him up. Lol. One of my favorites
is a onesie that says "d is for duck" on
the front with a little duck. And on the
butt is a duck's head with a caterpillar
crawling on it, and the duck has three
little loops of yellow yarn for feathers
on top of his head. Lol.
I'm a dork, but I can't help myself.

Sometimes I wish baby clothes came in
adult sizes, they're so cute and
cozy-looking. That onesie with the ducks
sounds adorable, .Lalee! Congrats on the
boy :)

it. Lol. I could just look at the
cuteness all day. :p

Ahh! Puppies!! Just as cute, if not
cuter. My boyfriend doesn't want kids
right now, but I sort of wish he did so I
could indulge in all the baby items. I've
picked up a pig and a chick stuffed
animals at pottery barn kids, though -
they reside on our couch.

The day we found out we were having a boy,
my bf bought me a beanie baby giraffe. He
was in a basket of beanie animals for sale
for march of dimes at my doctors office.
So now, logan is getting a safari-themed
room, and that's where the giraffe will
go.

It's awesome you already have an idea of
how the room will look. A safari theme -
I like! I also love the name logan. All
the best to you and your bf, and a very
healthy pregnancy :)

baby onsie sounds cute! If your mom
doesn't want to be called grandma she
could be called meme(there are suppose to
be marks over the e's but idk how to do
that) or nana? My mom wants my neice and
nephews to call her grummy, lol.I think
thats a little weird but whatever floats
ur boat!

well, she can't be nana cause I already
have a nana... My mom's mom. Bf's
parents already have "names" cause they
already have grandchildren. His mom is
grand-d (short for grandma dee), and his
dad is "grandpa" even though his older
grandchildren call him "grandfather." I
just think "grandfather" sound so
impersonal and it doesn't fit him .A.T.
A.L.L!!!.
There's this one kid that bf's parents
babysit sometimes who is just the cutest
little thing. He's about 10, I think, and
has a mental handicap, and he calls bf's
dad "hoho" (his name is howard). So I
told my bf I was gonna get logan to call
him "papa hoho" lol.

I went to my mom's house this weekend and
she took me and my hubby upstairs to show
us the baby clothes she got. I'm not
pregnant, I don't think and she doesn't
know i'm off birth control. I'm waiting
to see if my period comes. I hate
waiting every month. Do you think that
was a pretty big hint. Lol. We've been
married 3 years almost and not once has my
mother mentioned baby stuff. I just
think it was cute.
It's weird because I think i'm ready, and
everyone in our family is on the baby
wagon too. My husband on the other hand,
said just yesterday that he doesn't want
kids yet because he's used to having his
time all to himself and it scares him.
Here's the weird part....He told me to
stop birth control and refuses to use any
protection. I'd say that's pretty much
asking for it. Don't you?? Lol
i know once it happens he'll be happy.
It's scary for me too, just something
we'll have to do together. It's all in
.G.O.D.S time, which is perfect. I have
told him that it's true that your time
will be different with a baby, but a baby
adds a whole new dimension to your life.
What do you girls think I should do to
make my husband more at ease??

Lol,i don't think you can,not until it
happens.I think almost all guys are like
that,all scared of having a kid.I think
with the whole i'm not ready to have one
yet,but then not using any protection,is
like saying "if/when it happens,it
happens".J just mo!

A lot of guys are like that, once the baby
comes, they feel kind of forgotten but
their are other times when they have this
little buddy, especially when they get a
little older, and then their are times
that they are soo excited, my flesh and
blood, they are funny to watch in the
birthing room, you would think they are
the ones that need a gurney(lol)! Some
just pass out and do need the gurney.
You know what the women are going through,
most of the time.

They should make more baby clothes with
other family members names included not
just the usual mum and dad ones. Like 'i
love my nan' or 'my grandad is the best'
lol stuff similar to the mum and dad ones.
That would be cool as those people are
important too.
