Gland Disorders Forum - Swollen Lymp Gland On Head?

Is it possible I have a swollen lymph gland on theback oif my head kinda where my neck starts,i cant realy as naturaly I have hair there I dint think anything of it I thought it was a pimple and I still sorta think that but I dont know im not too sure anymore maybe just a cyst oil build up?
