Hey my name's dan i'm 15 and yesterday I
got some type of 24 hour flu when I woke
up yesterday I felt like crap, my smach
felt like it was gonna through-up and I
had diarrhea.
When my mom found out she told me my
sister who is 14 has the exact same thing
as I did when she woke up (we both got
this on the same day)
we both puked about 10 to 13 times
so we started thinking how we could of got
this flu we were pretty sure it was the
burgers we ate (because that was the only
thing we ate with eachother this week).
But the next day when I was asking my
sister about her diarrhea she said it was
that average liqid poop brown color and
she said it was like pooping out pee.
It was the same feeling for me but....My
diarrhea was yellow (like pee yellow) it
looked exactly like pee but it smelled
like poop..
Could somebody tell me if yellow diarrhea
is normal?
Also I lost alot of weight when I was sick
could somebody tell me how I could regain
that weight ?
Also I work out how much days should I
wait before I sould start working out
again?

answer those questions, but you should try
and find a more relevant forum to post in
