I just learned that I am pregnant - I am
not even sure how long, I lost track of my
period, it changes every month. I called
my clinic and they told me if the home
test showed I am pregnant, 'they'll
'accept that'. I asked for an
appointment with the doctor and they said
the first appointment they usually
schedule is at 8 weeks and I need to
figure out when that is. I asked if I
can see the doctor sooner and they
promised they'll have nurse call me, but
the doctor won't have time. I am
experiencing some strange symptomps such
as abdominal pain, gases, stomack issues,
lower back pain and so on. I've read
here that it could be normal, so I am
feeling a bit better. Do u think I
should go to another doctor? Should they
be able to see me earlier than at 8 weeks?

It really depends on the doctor whether
they will see you earlier or not. My
doctor office sets you up right away with
a ob nurse appiontment where they give you
a urine test and basically go over all the
basics and answer any questions. Then
your first dr visit is actually at 8
weeks.
I dontknow how they do things where you go
but you could always give them a little
whit lie and tell them that you "think"
you are like 8 or 9 weeks but you dont
know when your last menstral period was.
Then they might even do and ultrasound
earlier than normal to figure out how far
along you are.
