Everyone talks about a lump in their throat but I dnt get that I get a tight throat and it scares me cause I dont get the lump does anyone else have it where it is just the tightness and not a lump?

I did have the lump at first, but now I just have the tightness. I have had it for almost 3 months and I still cant swallow solid foods. My swallowing muscles feel weakened.
