Q: Joint Pain (knee)

I have started a new workout routine a local gym. After a week of working out I have had extremely bad joint pain in my knees and ankles. I took a three day break from my work out and that didn't work. I bought a new pair of shoes, and that hasn't worked. I am only 25 years old and can barely walk from the pain. What could this pain be?

Knee Pain
It sounds like you may have a torn ligament or cartilege. I would see an orthopaedic doctor before it worsens and you need surgery. Rolling Eyes
