Is it true that you gain weight when you donate blood? I understand that you are losing a pint of blood and your body is quickly reproducing blood cells to regain all that blood that you lost. I think that you gain about a pound or two pounds....But does it go away??? I donated blood and i'm not trying to gain weight especially since prom is around the corner. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me.
